POSITION TITLE: Logistics Coordinator Precor
LOCATION: Eindhoven, Holland

POSITION DESCRIPTION:
As Logistics Coordinator you will coordinate and support the successful delivery and installation of all customer orders related to fitness equipment to the installation site. You will be in charge of order to cash management of 3rd party goods orders, as well as the planning and liaison between customers, Precor vendors and 3rd party contractors.
  • Undertaking the order entry of 3rd party goods orders.
  • Planning the on-time delivery of customer orders.
  • Coordinating the installation process in accordance with customer needs and the required Precor on-time in-full (OTIF) key performance indicators.
  • Maintaining up to date and accurate records on SAP and Salesforce.com.
  • Communicating regularly and promptly to all parties about changes to orders and installation plans.
  • Coordinating all activities relating to installation handover to the service team, including the completion of outstanding snagging customer service notifications.
  • Covering other colleagues’ work while they are on holiday, ensuring a solid backup system.
YOUR PROFILE:
  • Bachelor degree / HBO
  • Min. 1 year previous experience within a high-pressured customer facing environment in logistics / customer service
  • Fluent Dutch and English skills required, German knowledge an advantage
  • Good level of MS Office knowledge, especially good Excel skills
  • SAP skills an advantage
