As a Logistics Strategy & Project Manager, you will play a key role, supporting the Logistics Development and Services Director with a focus on strategy and program management!
What you will do:
• Contribute to define and monitor the strategy process of our global distribution & transportation department
• Build and follow up on the mid- and long-term logistics roadmap
• Drive logistics projects in close relationship with operational teams
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Distribution and Transportation strategy:
• Monitor the strategy process
• Manage the communication between the different stakeholders
• Coordinate, plan and moderate strategy workshops
Project management:
• Own the concept & business case of the project
• Define or contribute to project scope definition, design the master plan, identify risks, propose mitigation plan, contribute to project team creation
• Lead regular project steering committees
• Drive the realization and be responsible for all the project resources
• Monitor the project (cost / timing / risks / prioritization)
• Define and implement standards for processes, reporting and documentation
• Ensure change-management
• Monitor the project success after GoLive / handover
• Propose improvement actions & plans
• Work together with external consultancy if appropriate
Support:
• Represent the LDS (Logistics Development and Services) department in specific meetings
• Provide the LDS department with business analysis and recommendations
• Prepare presentations for steering committees and strategic projects reviews
This position requires business trips in Europe and Northern America (up to 20%).

YOUR PROFILE:
• Minimum 8 years’ experience in Supply Chain / Logistics / Warehousing / Transportation with a proven capability for strategic thinking and project management
• Experience in a multicultural & international environment
• Master’s degree (in Supply Chain, Logistics or Engineering) is a plus, or equivalent working experience
