POSITION TITLE: Transportation Process Manager (m/f/d)
LOCATION: Garching near Munich, Germany 

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

The Transportation Process Manager is responsible for leading the optimization of business processes in Amer Sports Global Transportation activities. He/she handles the documentation of current processes, recommends improvements, and evaluates the efficiency of changes in order to serve Amer Sports brands at the best service and cost level, and optimizes processes between stakeholders. His/her expertise translates into the realization of our business's long-term objectives. 

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Evaluate existing business processes.
• Determine and outline business process improvements.
• Develop quality control processes.
• Coordinate business process improvement strategies with internal stakeholders.
• Oversee all aspects related to the implementation stages of business process improvement initiatives.
• Analyze and monitor implemented changes to business processes and make adjustments as needed.
• Guide and supervise personnel who were assigned specific tasks.
• Perform ongoing analyses on business processes related to productivity, quality, costs, and time management.
• Present progress reports and integrate feedbacks.
• Revise and update procedures and policies.

YOUR PROFILE:

• Minimum two years' experience in business process management, preferably in transportation/logistics industry.
• Minimum Bachelor's degree in business management or project management. A master's degree is a plus.

Technical skills
• Sound knowledge of business processes within the Transportation and Logistics industry
• Fluent in English (verbal, written)
• Ability to draft, classify and review clear and precise procedures, and make them live within the transportation Organisation
• Quality control methodologies
• Proficiency in business management software, ideally with SAP and/or a TMS (Transport Management System)
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
