POSITION TITLE: Ecommerce Operations and Data Specialist (m/f/d)
LOCATION: Barcelona/Spain or Annecy/France or Munich/Germany 


This position is responsible for building data-driven insights, supporting Ecommerce operations, and executing strategic actions to support our ecommerce growth objectives.

You will utilise your strong analytical skills and strategic mindset to build actionable conclusions to improve our consumer’s digital shopping experience.

You will create measurement frameworks that inform recommendations for driving traffic, conversion, and customer lifetime value. You will design our regional tracking and analytics dashboards and share them with the broader EMEA Team to inspire data-driven ways of working.


Data Analytics
• Building insights into defined digital commerce and consumer experience KPI’s, utilizing analytic tools (e.g. Adobe Analytics)
• Driving the continuous development of reporting frameworks and analytics capabilities to inform more granular and precise recommendation regarding traffic, on-site experience, CRM, and post-purchase experience.
• Working closely with the global team to ensure consistent digital analytics.

Ecommerce Site Operations
• Leading the resolution of platform bugs through follow up and escalation with the IT Team.
• Leading the translation process across the sites, managing relationships with internal and external translation stakeholders
• Supporting EMEA ecommerce operations to improve customer experience.
• Driving customer reviews process across the EMEA sites.

Project and Program Management
• Coordinating IT projects
• D2X program execution in EMEA.

• Managing A/B testing and providing insights on the impact to conversion rate of different merchandising initiatives.
• Building recommendations to improve CX for Site Merchandising to implement across categories and countries.
• Presenting key findings across your area of expertise, recommendations, and impact of corrective action to the EMEA and global ecommerce teams.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in digital analytics, Ecommerce operations and operational analytics.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in business or a related field
• Proven expert level with Adobe Analytics Workspace, PowerBi, Excel, Magento, Drupal.
• Proven data instincts and clear understanding of the common pitfalls of digital analytics
• Ecommerce project management experience
• English: C2 minimum
