As a Retail Brand Experience Specialist– EMEA, you are responsible for the implementation of Retail Brand Experience (RBE) strategy for the brand’s retail (Brand Stores and Factory Outlets) and for the branded spaces of wholesales partners (Shop-In-Shops) all along the instore consumer journey (attract, engagement, conversion levels). You project-manage the Shop-in-Shops implementation in the region, in alignment with the EMEA business goals. Your understanding of the retail and wholesale landscapes enables you to excite the consumer and connect them to our brand and product through premium retail experiences.

If you were the Retail Brand Experience Specialist - EMEA now, here are some of the core activities you would be doing:
  • Implementing and localizing the brand and seasonal key initiatives including windows, seasonal in-store elements, graphics, and product communication for new and existing stores within the EMEA retail fleet (Brand Stores and Factory Outlets), and for wholesales Shop-in-Shops and key partners’ branded spaces
  • Developing and documenting in-store and window executions at EMEA retail stores and wholesale branded spaces focusing on documentation, vendor briefs and store communication
  • Project-managing, developing, and executing new Shop-in-Shops implementations at key wholesale partners, including planning, designing, budgeting, furniture sourcing, vendor management, and installation control
  • Supporting the commercial teams to determine new Shop-in-shop locations in alignment with EMEA epicenter strategy and regional business goals, by providing assets and tools to ease decision making - i.e., scorecards and guidelines
  • Supporting the management of key external agencies, print vendors and installer relationships, sourcing appropriate suppliers, negotiating prices and sales terms.
  • Collaborating with Visual Merchandising and Store Design teams in new store development process to ensure an integrated approach to RBE.
  • Supporting and developing graphic executions for new store and renovation construction hoarding
  • Maintaining the EMEA Shop-In-Shop fleet at a high level of alignment with RBE standards, including refit, redesign, and instore consumer journey optimization
  • Advocating to the global brand teams about specific regional assets needs
  • Developing and implementing windows and instore elements for selected key wholesale partners in alignment with Trade marketing plans and business goals
  • Supporting the EMEA Trade Marketing team with RBE input for seasonal marketing plans of key wholesale partners
  • Supporting in the maintenance of showroom guidelines for product presentation and brand experience and regularly communicate updates to regional commercial management team
  • Ensuring premium and consistent brand storytelling in physical brand expressions aligning with current brand standards and brand focus
  • Managing all in store POP, stores supplies productions and inventory for retail stores, key wholesale partners, coordinating suppliers, budgets and parent orders
  • Supporting consumer events brand experience activations and installations

  • Delivering RBE executions at Brand retail spaces with a specific attention to localisation and stores’ environment.

Are you our next Retail Brand Experience Specialist – EMEA?
  • You have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • You have 2+ years experience in window and in-store marketing and 2+ years’ retail experience, ideally in a cross-functional integrated marketing experience
  • You have a strong brand awareness
  • You possess strategic planning and business acumen
  • You have knowledge of current retail landscape and the latest trends and innovations for retail
  • You are a strong communicator, both verbally and in writing
  • You are able to travel as required
  • You remain highly flexible and adaptable when faced with ambiguity
  • You are proactive in identifying the root cause of issues and developing solutions
  • You seek to execute the best (but sometimes not the easiest) solutions, with an unwavering commitment to do what is right
