MARKETING ASSISTANT (M/F/D)

Atomic is seeking a highly motivated, passionate, and hands-on Marketing Assistant to join our Marketing team in Altenmarkt. You will be part of the Atomic Global Marketing team and will report to the Head of Communication. The Marketing Assistant’s role is to support all functions of global marketing: Communication, Product Marketing, Retail & Instore, Creative and Sports Marketing. This position will also manage single and repetitive projects to be executed during a range cycle and will execute administrative tasks for the team. The Marketing Assistant will act as a strong coordinative link between the marketing functions but also will connect with external partners (athletes, vendors, cooperation partners).

KEY MISSION AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Manage the equipment need of all department functions including the sports marketing athlete teams
• Support in demand planning, system work with reservations and bookings (SAP) and handling of the shipments (within this task also taking responsibility for the physical stock organization of the marketing equipment demand)
• Maintain the brands central Data Management System (organize the structure, handle the content feeding and manage adaptation when needed) and the brands Intranet
• Key role in managing the POS-tools process - maintaining the Product Information System Plasma, analyze and track the market orders via SAP
• Supporting role in the data workflow around the production of the seasonal catalog projects (digital catalog and print version)
• Key role in the setup of the seasonal shop pro training material (printed tools and screen presentation)
• Manage the organization of broader based meetings on-site including the technical setup
• Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities

YOUR PROFILE AND REQUIRED COMPETENCIES:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing / business or related work experience
• Strong written and verbal German and English communication skills
• Above average IT experience (MS office), and technical skills in the field of video and audio as a plus
• SAP experience is an advantage
• Excellent organization skills, high level on details and complete projects in a timely manner
• Ability to work effectively within a team and independently
• A deeper interest and background in product knowledge around skiing

Compensation for this position is subject to the collective agreement for employees in the wood processing industry. Depending on your personal qualifications and vocational experience, we offer an appropriate payment in excess thereof for this highly responsible activity and opportunities for development in a globally active group of companies.
