Atomic is one of the leading manufacturers of wintersports equipment and part of the Amer Sports Corporation. To expand and strengthen our Regional Finance Team located at our head office in Altenmarkt im Pongau / Salzburg we are seeking at the earliest possible date:

BUSINESS CONTROLLER EMEA (M/F/D)

In this position you will act as a sparring partner to Market and Key Account Managers and you play a key role in shaping sales controlling function within EMEA region. Among your tasks will be the further development of sales performance metrics, customer profitability models, channels and sales program analytics. Together with Finance and Sales Managers you will drive region towards new business model and support transformation by ensuring transparency of trade investments and deep understanding of markets and channels performance.

KEY MISSION AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Sparring partner to Key Account and Market Managers for finance and sales related topics
• Define and further develop trade investments policy and sales strategies together with Regional Management
• Process owner and coordinator of Sales and Trade Discounts Planning and reporting cycles for OMNI Channel
• Further development and definition of sales metrics, KPIs and KPDs for B2B and Retail business
• Business Partner for Credit Control
• Driving business cases around new Brand Stores
• Perform regular standard controlling routines (producing reporting packs, deviations analysis, act-vs-plan review) and review with key stakeholders


YOUR PROFILE AND REQUIRED COMPETENCIES:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Sales Controlling with focus on profitability analysis, customer segmentation and market performance metrics within an international company
• Helicopter view on sales topics (Country perspective, Finance Manager perspective, OMNI vs channel’s view, ROI-thinking)
• Deep understanding of reporting and analytical tool’s structure and logic (hierarchy trees, metadata, database architecture), skills in PowerBI and QlikSense as a plus
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Team player with a pro-active and collaborative working style
• Business-fluent English skills required, additional German language skills preferred

The annual collective agreement’s minimum salary for this position is € 38.000 gross. Depending on your personal qualifications and vocational experience, we offer an appropriate payment in excess thereof for this highly responsible activity and opportunities for development in a globally active group of companies.
