Atomic is seeking a highly motivated, passionate, and analytical Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Digital Marketing team in Altenmarkt. You will form a key part of the Atomic Global Marketing team and will report to the Head of Digital Marketing. The Digital Marketing Specialist’s role is to design, create, and deliver marketing programs to support expansion and growth of the company services and products. This role will manage our app platforms (25% of the role) and support the Digital Team across a range of topics (75% of the role). The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated ability to create and execute effective digital marketing campaigns and will combine a strong sense of individual ownership with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.


• Develop a close working relationship with design, product marketing, and product teams to optimize the
consumer experience

• Plan, execute, and report on marketing campaigns for digital products
• Collaborate with agencies and other partners
• Communicate technical information to a non-technical audience
• Analyzing business operations, systems, and applications to improve efficiency
• Develop and drive global project plans, including aspects of CRM and data management
• Coordinate regional post-launch follow-ups for success tracking and improvements, and CRM

• Close collaboration with Regional Marketing, Sales, and Business teams to optimize the business
objectives while meeting the full standard for compliance

• Ongoing app optimization


• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing or a related field
• A minimum of 3+ years working experience in digital marketing and experience in the Outdoor industry
would be beneficial. A passion for the outdoors is critical

• Demonstrable experience managing marketing databases, app management tools, social media and
display advertising campaigns

• Experience in optimizing app systems
• Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
• Solid and demonstrable knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics,
Omniture, etc.)

• Working knowledge of ad serving tools
• Experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns on all major search engines

Compensation for this position is subject to the collective agreement for employees in the wood processing industry. Depending on your personal qualifications and vocational experience, we offer an appropriate payment in excess thereof for this highly responsible activity and opportunities for development in a globally active group of companies.
