SPORTS MARKETING MANAGER (M/F)

The Sports Marketing Manager for Alpine Racing drives the creation, development, and the international implementation of Sports Marketing programs according to the global brand strategy. You will form a key part of the Atomic Global Marketing team and will report to the Head of Communication. In this role, you will be responsible for connecting Global Marketing initiatives with our athletes and supporting the creative development of campaigns. You are an exceptional communicator, well-organized, and a hands-on Marketing expert capable of gathering and publishing content fit for multiple channels. We’re looking for an exceptional individual that can combine a deep understanding of alpine skiing and athlete management with world-class story telling skills.

KEY MISSION AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Build a Global Sports Marketing vision and communication strategy in close collaboration with the Alpine
Race Manager and Marketing stakeholders

• Develop a seasonal athlete and events communication plan
• Create inspirational and compelling athlete content on-site for our key global channels
• Act as a relationship and community builder within the Atomic racing team and towards the Atomic brand
• Contribute to the development of our seasonal Marketing campaigns and connect our world-class
athletes with our key initiatives

• Support the Nordic Racing team and help to orientate grass-root racing marketing

YOUR PROFILE AND REQUIRED COMPETENCIES:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or similar
• 3+ years’ experience in Consumer Communication or Sports Marketing
• Excellent English language skills (verbal and written) and basic German skills
• A deep understanding of Winter Sports and the Racing community
• A passionate skier
• Film-making skills and excellent photographer ability
• Team spirit, hands-on mentality, and proactive work attitude
• Willingness to travel

The annual collective agreement’s minimum salary for this position is € 37.000 gross. Depending on your
personal qualifications and vocational experience, we offer an appropriate payment in excess there of for
