POSITION TITLE: Digital Marketing Manager EMEA, NBA & Team Sports
LOCATION: Germany or UK

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:
As Digital Marketing Manager EMEA, NBA & Team Sports you are responsible for the adaptation and execution of Wilson digital (Social, ECOM, B2X) marketing strategies across EMEA, with focus on key Teamsport and NBA markets.


KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS:

• Enabling how the brand voice and look is brought to life for Team Sports through the adaptation and development of a Regional marketing strategy and the deployment of 360 marketing plans
• Developing a full year marketing calendar with key product launch & consumer engagement
• Finding innovative solutions to amplify brand partnerships (i.e NBA, NFL, FIBA) through digital engagement & on-site activation
• Partnering with the Global Brand, Digital and Ecom Marketing teams to deliver and manage product launches, digital brand campaigns, promotions, content development and driving traffic & conversion
• Creating and managing Social Media & Influencer strategy, including Regional Ambassador & Affiliate Programs
• Identifying collaboration partners that can best accelerate brand engagement and consumer acquisition
• Owning community growth for the market including rolling out the new Wilson Live App (coming Oct ’21) across EMEA
• Leading EMEA digital media buying according to agreed budget
• Defining and delivering Digital KPIs in line with brand objectives
• Managing external service suppliers where required

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• University Degree in Marketing or equivalent
• Digital brand marketing experience with hands on attitude
• Full working knowledge to manage social media, influencer and B2C strategies
• Previous experience building out 360 brand plans
• Brand Campaign Development, Localization & Execution
• Used to working in a matrix environment
• Excellent communication skills and intercultural work experience
• Fluent in English
• Budget planning and tracking
