POSITION TITLE: Precor Marketing Executive – DACH & Italy (m/f/d)
LOCATION: Garching near Munich, Germany

Working in a busy European marketing department for a leading health and fitness equipment
company, this is a challenging and exciting role.

Reporting to the Marketing Director, EMEA, this Marketing Executive position will co-ordinate and implement marketing activities for Precor Italy and DACH region with a focus to build brand engagement and lead generation.


• Implementing marketing activities to generate leads and build brand reach
• Maximising traffic for web presence (SEO, Google Adwords, etc.) and optimising lead conversion
• Localising of corporate marketing packages (e.g. email campaigns, social content, new landing pages, etc.) into local language (German & Italian) on Basecamp
• Social & paid social media activities: planning, posting, reporting & managing social media community for Instagram, Facebook & LinkedIn
• Project management: owning and delivering marketing projects on brief, on budget and on
• Trade Marketing activities: producing & printing of flyers and sales promotions, printing catalogues, producing of POS tools for customers (roll-up banners, flags, beach flags)
• After Sales Management: sending welcome packages to new customers from the local warehouse and being responsible for having merchandise on stock


• Marketing or business-related degree
• Fluent English, German and Italian
• Interest in health and fitness (preferably knowledge of gym environment)
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• Use of CRM system, such as
• Fully computer literate


Digital marketing activity including database management and use of CRM system
• 2-3 years B2B marketing experience with emphasis on:
• Generating web traffic
• Developing content for web, social and email
• Production of marketing collateral
• Proof reading
• Agency liaison / management
