POSITION TITLE: Customer Care & Service Administrator – Precor Iberia
LOCATION: Barcelona, Spain

As the Customer Care & Service Administrator, you will be working as part of the EMEA Customer Care and Service Administration Team. You will be supporting the customers with their service, parts, and technical requests as well as reviewing processes and seeking improvement.
  • Processing parts orders e2e
  • Ensuring timely and complete service order processing e2e incl. invoicing
  • Creating customer quotes for service and parts orders
  • Planning maintenance and check-up visits
  • Working very closely with field service, supply chain, logistic and controlling team
  • Fulfilling contractual obligations against business agreements
  • Processing team & KPI reporting and ensuring KPI´s are met continuously
  • Creating purchase orders and stock replenishments for spare parts
  • Processing inbound invoices
  • Working on administrative tasks
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the Customer Service environment
  • Certificated education in a business or technical relevant field or equivalent
  • Highly customer-orientated personality, team-player, and “can-do” attitude
  • Understanding of processes in field services and supply chain (spare parts)
  • Ability to read exploded view diagrams and technical drawings in general
  • Proficiency in MS Office, SAP
  • Interest in sports and technical sports products, experience in the fitness industry is an advantage
  • Fluent in Spanish and English, Portuguese knowledge is an advantage
