POSITION TITLE: Area Sales Manager Wilson E-com - Germany
LOCATION: Field-based

As the Area Sales Manager E-com in Germany, you will drive “Direct to Consumer” sales & distribution via our E-com channel (B2C/B2X), overall Coach network, Coach Affiliation Program, Team Shop, Clubs, Federations, Sponsor Agreements and Industry Partners.

  • Building up a Direct to Consumer distribution / network, via different channels such as Wilson.com, Coach Affiliation Program, Team Shop, Federations, Business partners, Employees, etc.
  • Executing the Global / EMEA Brand “Direct to Consumer” strategy and localize it to deliver profitable and sustainable E-com growth.
  • Accelerating the Wilson Coach Affiliate Program by working closely with local IMM (i.e. independent coaches)
  • Driving sales across the assigned list of Direct to Consumer Accounts to achieve significant sales targets.
  • Developing seasonal, monthly, and daily plans to drive sales growth within the Direct to Consumer channels.
  • Identifying new sales potential to over-achieve revenue targets.
  • Collaborating with the local Marketing Team on consumer driven activations in order to drive traffic to Wilson E-com.
  • Collaborating closely with Market Manager, Field Sales Team, Influencer Marketing Manager, Marketing and EMEA E-com, ensuring all direct to consumer actions are aligned within local market.
  • Frequent communication with local wholesale ASMs, Smart Service Reps, IMMs & Customer Service to secure all activation are aligned & in line with brand guidance.
  • Presenting and explaining our Wilson Brand and joining consumer events/demo in key clubs or areas.
  • Coordinating yearly marketing plan with key clubs, coaches or academies (in cooperation with Marketing).
  • 5+ years in a similar selling role with Direct to Consumer focus
  • Bachelor or Masters degree in Business, Sales or Marketing relevant
  • Expertise in Sales and Digital Skills
  • Strong interest and sports expertise in Tennis/Team Sports
  • Good knowledge of IT systems, Microsoft Office – particularly strong Excel skills
  • Fluent in German and English
