POSITION TITLE: Wilson Golf Marketing Assistant UK
LOCATION: Frimley, United Kingdom

POSITION DESCRIPTION:
As Wilson Golf Marketing Assistant, you support the Market Manager and Account Manager in all marketing and promotional activities in the UK.


MAIN RESPONSIBILITY AREAS:
  • Being the marketing point of contact for the field and strategic accounts
  • Execution of local marketing programs, on and offline
  • Supporting relationships with media through UK PR company
  • Supporting key influencer and trial event programmes
  • Implementation of POS
  • Implementation of global toolkits with key retailers
  • Supporting local social media strategy and outputs.
  • Working with key members of the team to ensure events are planned and executed to a high level.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & COMPETENCIES:
  • Organising and executing marketing support functions
  • Implementing digital marketing plans and techniques such as social media, e-commerce, paid media, SEO
  • Working with complex data and within the digital marketing framework around Inspire, Find, Learn, Engage, Buy and Loyalty
  • Analysing and understanding data
  • Data based decision making
  • Adapting, interpreting and localising general directions 
  • Managing organisational and business complexity
  • Influencing and aligning with others to achieve common objectives
  • Educating others (on digital technology and trends)
YOUR PROFILE:
  • Bachelor or Master’s degree or equivalent in Business with a focus on digital marketing
  • Knowledge of CMS, optimisation techniques and analytical tools
  • Background or increased knowledge in the golf industry
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Fluent in English
