MARKET MANAGER ATOMIC GERMANY / NETHERLANDS / POLAND (M/F/D)

In this exciting and challenging role, you are responsible for managing and implementing sales activities with your team based on the global brand strategy. Therefore, we are seeking an operational, structured, innovative and pro-active Market Manager for the world`s leading skiing brand – ATOMIC.

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Design of the commercial strategy for the respective countries in line with the global Brand strategy to support the achievement of Brand’s sales, market share, distribution, and profitability objectives
  • Identify key business driver and build plans and KPI’s for execution through the relevant channels
  • Provide tools and processes in line with Brand processes to maximize sales success
  • Provide input on product range pricing, harmonization and Trade Terms implementation
  • Deploy strategy within the team of Market Managers in EMEA and provide support and education of EMEA sales teams on product, price and programs
  • Monitor achievement of commercial plan & profitability and make interventions where necessary
  • Close cooperation with brand HQ
YOUR PROFILE AND REQUIRED COMPETENCIES:
  • Strategic vision and sense of customer service
  • Deep understanding of the different distribution channels
  • Leadership and people management skills
  • Relationship and stakeholder management
  • Experienced in conflict and change management
  • Team spirit and proactive work attitude
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Fluent in English and German
  • Good knowledge of IT systems (Microsoft Office)
  • Willingness to travel
NEEDED WORK EXPERIENCE:
  • 4-5 years relevant Commercial & Sales experience
  • Experience in sports industry and especially in Ski industry is a clear plus
  • Outstanding track record in developing, coaching and motivating teams
  • Category management experience
