POSITION TITLE: Precor Marketing Manager
LOCATION: Garching near Munich

Working in a busy European marketing department for a leading health and fitness equipment company, this is a challenging and exciting role.
Reporting into the Marketing Director EMEA. The position will be part of the EMEA team responsible for developing category and segment stories which will build brand engagement and subsequent lead generation. In addition, the DACH Marketing Manager will strategically manage and implement the marketing activity in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
  • Full responsibility of 360° marketing mix to generate leads
  • Development, conception and creation of web and digital content
  • Strategic marketing planning, in line with corporate and DACH business objectives
  • Planning and realization of internal and external events
  • Budget management – owning and managing DACH marketing budget throughout year
  • Project Management - owning and delivering marketing projects on brief, on budget and on time
  • Agency management – ensure all agencies are meeting pre-determined KPI’s, and working to the best of their ability for the business
  • Market analysis and product research
  • Generating reports
  • Communication with sales teams and other stakeholders
  • Seeking new opportunities to engage the DACH market through relevant events, tradeshows, publications, sponsorships and other channels
  • Analysis and measurement of all activity
  • Marketing or business-related degree
  • Interest in health and fitness (preferably knowledge of gym environment)
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Project management skills
  • Use of CRM system, such as
  • Good grammar, punctuation and spelling
  • Fully computer literate

  • 3-4 years B2B marketing experience
  • Marketing collateral production experience
