POSITION TITLE: Inventory Quality Coordinator Precor
LOCATION: Düsseldorf / Cologne, Germany

POSITION DESCRIPTION:
As Inventory Quality Coordinator you will be responsible for the execution of inventory processes and procedures of Precor, besides managing the evaluation and resolution of all internal and external quality issues.

Your responsibilities include:
  • Collecting all quality data while assessing the validity of that data and the reporting of it in relation to inventory, transportation and installation.
  • Initiating stock counting and validating the outcome backed up with reporting.
  • Measuring and reporting defined quality KPIs.
  • Ensuring the service level compliancy defined with external provider.
  • Auditing and controlling quality of all inbound- and outbound shipments.
  • Being responsible for product hold and release, as well as the quality of stock.
  • Maintaining a strong quality assurance on the floor of the Precor distribution center.
  • Being responsible for the support and development as well as the implementation and continuous improvement of the quality in our stock and the transportation and installation.
  • Ensuring that the facility and all contractors/vendors are following the Precor quality standards.
  • Ensuring the performance by implementing audits & trainings.
  • Leading corrective action processes related to customers complaints.
  • Tracking optimizations.
  • Defining and implementing processes evolutions in cooperation with 3PL (LEAN spirit and using LEAN tools).
  • Writing, editing and maintaining SOPs and work instructions.
  • Monitoring master data accuracy and trigger adaption / extension.
  • Working with cross-functional groups such as the supply chain quality and customer service department.
YOUR PROFILE:
  • Degree level in relevant field
  • Good understanding of complaint handling and inventory control functions
  • Knowledge of warehouse processes is an advantage
  • Strong technical background preferred
  • MS Office knowledge required
  • SAP experience is an advantage
  • Experience in writing procedures and ability to keep accurate records besides following documented procedures and standards
  • Fluent in English
  • Dutch, German or any other European language skills is an advantage
  • Strong time management skills
