POSITION TITLE: Logistic Financial Analyst EMEA (m/f/d) (Temporary 13 months as a minimum)
LOCATION: Garching near Munich, Germany 

As Logistic Financial Analyst EMEA, you will be responsible for the EMEA Distribution and Transportation budget as well as for the forecast, consolidation, monitoring and controlling of all EMEA distribution and transportation costs vs budget & last year to highlight trouble spots and proactively identify gaps with business areas/financial stakeholders. This incorporates the monthly review of the organization financials, a monthly and YTD D&T cost report, Strategic Business Plan inputs and a review of all financial requirements coming from Amer Sports Operations, Business Areas, Go to Market as well as the finance support.
Further responsibilities include modification of accounts, cost systems and other practices to meet changing trends and conditions as well as conducting Case Studies involving D&T projects with CAPEX and OPEX monitoring.
  • Consolidating, monitoring and controlling D&T costs vs budget & last year, highlighting trouble spots and proactively identifying gaps with business areas/financial stakeholders.
  • Leading EMEA D&T budget and forecasts.
  • Organizing monthly distribution center financial reviews.
  • Leading and communicating monthly and YTD D&T cost report.
  • Supporting the Strategy Business Plan inputs.
  • Supporting all financial requirements coming from Amer Sports Operations, business areas, Go to Market and finance.
  • Leading and implementing channel-right costing and allocation process.
  • Recommending modifications in chart of accounts, cost systems, and other practices to meet changing trends and conditions.
  • Filling in D&T Customer Delivery Performance scorecards.
  • Supporting D&T projects CAPEX and OPEX monitoring (baseline formalization, monthly cost tracking consolidation).
  • Being the internal financial stakeholders for the project team by organizing and leading meetings and contributing to project communication.
  • Supporting Case Studies involving D&T.
  • Being responsible for all D&T financial reporting topics.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Degree level in related field preferred
  • Good understanding of project management & change management
  • Fluent in English
  • SAP, MS Office, BI Analysis for Office & Web Reporting mandatory
