POSITION TITLE: Project Manager - PureGym
LOCATION: Frimley, Surrey

PureGym represents a key strategic driver for Amer Sports and for Precor. As Project Manager – PureGym you will work in conjunction with the PureGym team to develop and deliver a co-ordinated strategy to ensure that all new installations are on time & in full as well as all daily Precor & PureGym service SLA’s are met.
  • Ensuring the monthly, quarterly & annual key performance indicators for PureGym are achieved and exceeded through meticulous attention to detail.
  • Following up on all PureGym projects, including preparation of gym design drawings, equipment recommendations, presentations & organising staff training where necessary.
  • Managing & coaching the Precor PureGym Project Administrator to equally ensure SLA’s are consistently in line with SLA’s. 
  • Maintaining the PureGym asset management database ensuring the information is updated, accurate and available at all times in line with PureGym & Precor requirements.
  • Working closely with all Precor internal teams (finance, logistics, marketing, service etc) to ensure on time and in full delivery of PureGym orders.
  • Attending all relevant monthly, quarterly & annual meetings and scheduled training courses provided.
  • Proven sales / Project Management performance in a high value capital equipment/ field sales environment
  • Comprehensive knowledge of commercial Health Clubs & their operations
  • Attention to detail & a high can do attitude
  • Excellent  numeracy & communication skills
  • Computer literacy ¬- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, & Outlook, Salesforce
  • Presentation, time management & negotiation skills
  • Excellent English language skills in speaking and writing
