POSITION TITLE: Sales Portal Key User (fixed term contract for maternity leave cover)
LOCATION: Villorba di Treviso

As Sales Portal Key User, you will be responsible for managing efficiently and timely the setting up of Sales Portal (SFA, B2B) catalogues in view of sales campaigns start (for all brands). You will be managing the day-to-day tasks, testing and training related to the Sales Portal. You will act as key user and be the point of reference for sales representatives, customer service and customers.
  • Managing the seasonal updates of SFA (Sales Portal) by setting up product catalogues, commercial conditions, MOV, delivery windows, special packages, as per programs communicated by Commercial Managers.  
  • Managing the seasonal updates of B2B and co-ordinating with Sales/Customer Service any activity needed (e.g. review of customers, etc.).
  • Setting up B2B promotions (special offers, black Fridays, etc.) as per programs and timing communicated by Commercial Managers.
  • Acting as Sales Portal Key User, carrying out tests, updating the Sales Portal manuals and providing training to new representatives on all Sales Portal modules.
  • Keeping users updated on Sales Portal improvements and acting as a point of contact for Sales representatives for all Sales portal related issues. Interacting with IT to prioritize issues and solve them in the shortest time possible.
  • Setting up Price lists in SAP in an accurate and timely manner, to amend/correct prices when applicable and to inform all parties involved.
  • Calculating and setting up reorder discounts in SAP, according to commercial conditions and in accordance with seasonal calendar.
  • Creating and sending pricat to Key Accounts for whom this service is active.
  • Managing representative assignments in SAP.
  • High school degree
  • 2-3 years experience as Sales Assistant or similar role
  • Good knowledge of IT systems (Microsoft office) and fast in learning new tools (SAP, Magento, Sales Portal, B2B)
  • Fluent in English
