POSITION TITLE: Supply Chain Coordinator – Precor EMEA
LOCATION: Garching near Munich

POSITION DESCRIPTION:
As Supply Chain Coordinator – Precor EMEA you will interface with the 3PL Provider, Precor EMEA Customer Service departments and Precor Global Supply Chain Team. You will oversee Precor EMEA inventory and maintain EMEA Master Data. You will assure that Precor meets customer needs and that the Precor Supply chain organization meets their “On Time In Full” (OTIF) delivery KPIs with agreed Budget:
  • Updating and maintaining Material Master Data via SAP.
  • Verifying all aspects of parts we sell (price, weight, dims, etc.), entering into SAP.
  • Supporting purchasing and the “in-stock” levels within the agreed inventory parameters.
  • Vendor communication, i.e. creating requests for quote, vendor set up etc. 
  • Maintaining BSC prices in SAP – cost price maintenance.
  • Consistently delivering customer service in accordance with our customer service standards.
  • Supporting Queenax order delivery.
  • Supporting Queenax product maintenance.
  • Delivery Note creation for Export in EMEA.
  • Interacting with cross-functional teams.
  • Planning the on-time delivery of customer orders.
  • Coordinating the installation process in accordance with customer needs and required Precor on Time in Full (OTIF) key performance indicators.
  • Assisting managers and other colleagues with miscellaneous administration tasks.
YOUR PROFILE:
  • Degree level or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years Material Management experience in a B2B environment.
  • Experience in project management: ability to multitask, participate in multiple projects and meet project deadlines.
  • Experience in International trade and movement of goods.
  • Experience in working closely with a 3PL. warehouse.
  • In-depth SAP experience.
  • Microsoft Office/ advanced level of Excel.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English – other languages an advantage.
  • Ability to work for a longer period under pressure and in a stressful environment.
