POSITION TITLE: Regional Manager (EMEA) - Hospitality
LOCATION: Frimley, Surrey

As the Regional Manager EMEA– Hospitality, you will be responsible for managing the relationships between Precor and hospitality brands, ownership groups, management companies and dealer partners in order to achieve Precor’s annual sales and profit objectives. 
You will be responsible for developing and maintaining business relationships with Hospitality Accounts and developing sales strategies to ensure revenue and profit growth for Precor.

  • Developing and maintaining relationships with top decision-makers in hospitality groups, dealerships and Commercial Partner’s, Regional Managers, Direct Office Managers.
  • Assessing performance of existing dealers in Hospitality Sales.
  • Identifying and developing dealer opportunities in target areas.
  • Managing dealer expectations and focusing efforts towards mutually beneficial sales prospects.
  • Ensuring dealer accounts are adequately supporting Precor’s entire product line.
  • Working with dealer managers and dealers to prepare hospitality sales forecasts and reports showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of opportunity.
  • Developing and presenting plans, programs and strategies that ensure Precor and the dealer meet their revenue and market share targets. Building dealer loyalty to Precor products and distribution strategy.
  • Assisting dealer managers with setting performance goals and developing leading indicators to measure performance.
  • Attending designated trade shows, cultivating client relationships, and representing Precor in a professional manner.
  • Effectively communicating Precor's philosophy, distribution goals, business practices, and programs to dealers.
  • Understanding the key performance indicators that leverage the dealer’s business in the hospitality market.
  • Generating dealer interest in obtaining more Precor business in the hospitality markets.
  • Working with Dealer Channel staff to close hospitality sales. Ensuring dealer staff presents Precor products to all potential sales leads.
  • Identifying key geographic areas or markets not currently service by existing Precor commercial dealers.
  • Designing and recommending sales and marketing programs for dealer managers and dealers by partnering with Precor marketing.
  • Preparing quotes (prices, credit terms, delivery and service options) and sales contracts to Precor direct hospitality sales.
  • Investigating and resolving customer problems.
  • Estimating date of delivery to customer, based on knowledge of Precor’s production and delivery schedules.
  • Preparing reports of Dealer Channel hospitality activities and results.
  • Preparing reports of business transactions and keeping expense accounts.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business
  • Minimum of 3 years of selling in a distributor commercial sales environment and / or dealer management experience
  • Four years of experience in the hospitality marketplace
  • Successful sales track record and target achievement
  • Experience presenting seminars, clinics and sales proposals to customers.
  • Familiarity with fitness equipment, fitness industry, and Precor products preferred
  • Working knowledge of the commercial fitness market and business practices
  • Experience with a sales processes and tools (account planning and strategic selling)
  • Experience in specialty distribution networks
  • Experience with developing strategies, action plans, and metrics to monitor results
  • Ability to create and facilitate/lead business development plans
  • Ability to respond quickly (think "on your feet")
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Excellent verbal and written English skills
  • Ability to use a variety of computer programs / systems to track results (sales projection databases, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email, Internet, etc.)
