POSITION TITLE: Marketing Manager (m/f) 100% Switzerland
LOCATION: Hagendorn (Zug)

POSITION DESCRIPTION:
As Marketing Manager you will lead the country marketing team, organize resources and implement country marketing portfolio plan according to global guidance and territory brand execution plans across all consumer touchpoints.
  • Leading the country marketing team and being part of the country leadership team
  • Orchestrating 360 degree brand activities across the portfolio
  • Briefing, steering and tracking marketing team vs. plan, budget assignment and KPIs
  • Implementing global and territory programs and initiatives, setting priorities and ensuring plans and initiatives are prioritized and resourced
  • Controlling country marketing assigned budgets and executing the country marketing calendar 
  • Working closely with EMEA regional marketing team on consistent implementation of global and regional tools and methods in EMEA
  • Developing and providing critical consumer insights to territory brand marketing team
  • Sharing of great practice across the territory marketing peers.
YOUR PROFILE:
  • Degree in Business/Marketing or equivalent
  • 3+ years of experience in line marketing (market, product, trade, consumer, insight, PR, digital)
  • Team and people management
  • Experience in consumer or sports goods industries where marketing is a key driver of growth and success
  • Budget management experience
  • Fluent in English and German, basic French skills
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • MS Office literacy (MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Outlook)
