POSITION TITLE:Shipping Coordinator (m/f) EMEA
LOCATION: Garching near Munich

POSITION DESCRIPTION:
As Shipping Coordinator (m/f) EMEA you will interact with the third-party logistics provider, customer service departments and the supply chain team. You will oversee the inventory, assure that the customer needs and organisation KPIs are met with agreed budget and support the successful delivery of all customer orders, fulfilling the following tasks and responsibilities: 
  • Planning the on-time delivery of customer orders.
  • Being in charge of central delivery creation, allocation of products and supply optimisation.
  • Monitoring the Key Account contracts.
  • Coordinating the installation process in accordance with customer needs, service standards and required OTIF key performance indicators.
  • Maintaining up-to-date and accurate records on SAP and Salesforce.com.
  • Communicating order and installation changes regularly and promptly to all parties.
  • Creating the necessary documents for export shipments from the EU (shipping orders, invoices, packing lists and customs export documents).
  • Managing return orders.
  • Interacting with cross-functional teams.
  • Exchanging information and knowledge about outbound services with other shipping departments.
YOUR PROFILE:
  • Degree level education or equivalent
  • Min. 3 years material management experience in a B2B environment
  • Experience in project management: ability to multitask, participate in multiple projects and meet project deadlines
  • Experience in international trade and movement of goods
  • Experience in working closely with a third-party logistics warehouse
  • In-depth SAP experience
  • Solid understanding of MS Office incl. strong Excel skills
  • Excellent verbal and written English skills; German skills of advantage
