Supervisor


POSITION DESCRIPTION:
As Supervisor you will be in charge of the sales and operations in the Salomon shop-in-shop and have responsibility for the following tasks:
  • Acting as brand expert and providing the highest level of customer experience in the shop;
  • Maintaining visual directives and standards for visual merchandising and working with the visual merchandising team making sure the guidelines are followed;
  • Actively maintaining the shop appearance, keeping merchandise stocked and organised;
  • Providing sales and stock analysis on a weekly basis;
  • Assisting in re-stocking and pricing duties, including sale preparation as required;
  • Performing additional duties as assigned.
YOUR PROFILE:
  • Secondary education
  • Min. 2 years’ experience in retail (retail operations, customer service and sales)
  • Strong understanding of store operations, including visual merchandising and stock room
  • Ability to analyse business trends and reporting to drive sales
  • Passion for outdoor sports and knowledge of Salomon products
  • Spoken English skills
  • Self-motivation, autonomous, ability to multitask and eagerness to learn
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule that includes evenings, weekends and holidays
