POSITION TITLE: IT Shared Services Manager
LOCATION: Kraków, Poland

  • Managing the daily operations for Shared Services teams:
     - Service Center with 10 team members, 7 at Krakow, Poland and 3 at Annecy, France
     - SOC (Security Operations Center) with one team member in Krakow, Poland
  • Developing the IT Shared Services processes and tools as well as people
  • Ramping up the IT Operations Run team in Krakow, Poland
  • Participating IT Services organization development and planning
  • Managing the local IT budget and contracts for Krakow offices (2)
YOUR PROFILE:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT relevant field or equivalent industry experience
  • You have at least 3 years of experience on IT Shared Services management
  • You have strong leadership and decision making skills, with at least 5 years of experience in people management and development, preferable for multi-location teams
  • You have strong understanding & implementation skills on ITSM and ITIL
  • You have great IT skills (Systems and tools) combined with a good head for business
  • You have ability to lead and support the changes within an international team
