POSITION TITLE: Sales Development Analyst

As Sales Development Analyst you will provide analytical support for the lead teams of the UK and Nordic countries to enable growth of the total Nordic business and the retail business in Europe. You will focus on collecting and interpreting of sell-through data and providing support on sales KPIs.

  • Gathering, processing, analysing and reporting sell-through data for strategic accounts:
  • Producing a consolidated sell-through report;
  • Analysing retailer metrics to enable proactive decision making;
  • Reviewing any pre-order, re-order and cancellation in preparation for each sell-in;
  • Identifying and evaluating opportunities for distribution development.
  • Supporting on seasonal sell in meetings. 
  • Supporting the UK Marketing Manager in the preparation of investment cases, analysis of branded space and partner store performance vs. budget, as well as in ROI analysis of marketing campaigns.
  • Working with retailers to develop efficient methods for the supply of data.
  • Supporting UK Country Manager on ad-hoc data requests.
  • Bachelors or master’s degree in business relevant field or equivalent and/or relevant corporate / industry experience
  • Expertise in data management and analysis with excellent numerical skills
  • Existing business, sales or financial analyst experience is essential
  • Understanding of retailer merchandising principles; experience of working with retail data systems is desirable
  • Ability to use MS Office and strong Excel skills (Pivot tables, VLookup, macros) are essential
  • SAP / BI knowledge is desirable
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Initiative and ability to operate independently
  • Delivering results and meeting customer expectations – understanding of business and outcomes and supporting the business to deliver results

  • Relating and networking – proven ability to communicate effectively
