POSITION TITLE: Supply Chain Analyst (m/f) Precor EMEA
LOCATION: Garching near Munich

As Supply Chain Analyst (m/f) Precor EMEA you will be the interface between the EMEA Supply Chain Manager, Operations Director APAC & EMEA, Precor EMEA Customer Service departments and Precor Global Supply Chain Team, overseeing the inventory and freight budget of Precor EMEA.
  • Collating monthly Supply Chain KPI figures by recording on KPI spreadsheet and highlighting any areas of concern.
  • Calculating monthly freight accruals to ensure costs match the period relating to the sale.
  • Working with the EMEA logistics teams to ensure PO process is working for D&I to be able to prepare accruals.
  • Recording and reporting the EMEA monthly original budget freight (OBF) costs to EMEA Supply Chain Manager/Operations Director to assist in exposing any variances from the budget.
  • Ensuring coding of storage and freight is correct and requesting corrections where necessary.
  • Checking all third-party supplier D&I invoices against quotes and/or tariff to ensure we are charged correctly then coding and passing for approval; raising POs if necessary.
  • Checking and coding third party supplier storage invoices.
  • Recording and reporting third-party supplier storage costs identifying any variances from budget.
  • Assisting in the creation of OBF budget and forecasts.
  • Assisting in the inventory reduction planning, as well as the creation of the inventory reserve and storage budgets.
  • Assisting in managing the EMEA consignment stock
  • Calculating the quarterly inventory reserves.
  • Recording and reporting the D&I costs, as well as supporting the reporting and analysis of any data required by the Supply Chain Manager/Operations Director.
  • Bachelor degree / HBO in business relevant field
  • Min. 3 years’ experience in financial analysis, international trade and movement of goods, and working closely with a 3PL within a B2B environment
  • Fluent English skills required; German skills an advantage
  • Good level of MS Office and advanced level of Excel knowledge
  • In-depth SAP/BI knowledge
