POSITION TITLE: Logistics Manager Precor Europe
LOCATION: Eindhoven, Holland

As member of Precor’s operations team EMEA and APAC you will be responsible for the end-to-end supply chain operations of the fitness division in Europe.
  • Leading and managing the European logistics teams.
  • Managing the European central warehouse and installations 3PL relationship and contract.
  • Overseeing the Delivery & Installation (D&I) operation including D&I recovery budget control.
  • Controlling Precor inventory in the Eindhoven warehouse.
  • Responsibility for Europe purchasing, including non-Precor USA suppliers, Queenax and Cardio theatre.
  • Liaising with suppliers and Precor USA.
  • Delivering financial P&L and inventory results, including freight and D&I costs.
  • Delivering machines On-Time In-Full across Europe.
  • Responsibility for all warehousing transactions (inbound, outbound etc.), working in close partnership with 3rd party logistics suppliers, including system interface.
  • Managing out-of-box and slow moving goods for Precor, including calculation of reserves.
  • Maintaining material master data and information records Precor EMEA.
  • Yearly calculation of Precor finished goods basic standard costs and uploading in SAP.
  • Initiating and implementing new Precor processes in Europe, including new systems.
  • Assisting sales teams in winning and retaining key clients.
  • Bachelor degree / HBO
  • Minimum 5 years supply chain or logistics experience for a distribution company
  • Minimum 5 years management of direct teams
  • Fluent English and very good German skills, other European languages an advantage
  • Good level of MS Office knowledge, SAP key user (logistics)
  • Ability to work independently and remote from Precor offices
  • Valid driving license
