POSITION TITLE: Digital Marketing Manager (m/f) EMEA
LOCATION: Garching near Munich

As Digital Marketing Manager (m/f) you will be responsible for leading, managing and executing holistic digital marketing strategies for Amer Sports’ EMEA brands. Collaborating closely with respective global and local teams you will create an effective digital presence for all brands across EMEA within the omni-channel approach. You will be found online and be part of every consumer buying decision.

  • Adapting global consumer digital marketing strategies and campaigns for EMEA region to ensure that compelling and relevant digital marketing reaches local consumers.
  • Creating and implementing a regional digital marketing plan, ensuring that choices and priorities per brand are resourced and executed, while looking for synergies and scale across brands.
  • Working with the global digital marketing team on key digital stories and executions across various platforms, as well as providing timely and relevant regional market feedback to ensure continual improvement of the global digital marketing strategy.
  • In close collaboration with the marketing and commercial teams, ensure the digital marketing strategy is seamlessly integrated and executed in category specific go-to-market plans.
  • Acting as a conduit between the ecommerce, brand marketing, customer marketing/sell through, sales and commercial teams to ensure full alignment of digital marketing strategies and calendars.
  • Maintaining a thorough understanding of new digital technologies to ensure brands are at the forefront of consumer and go-to-market digital strategy.
  • Ensuring all brands are always digitally presented to trade and consumers within brand equity guidelines.
  • Working closely with media agencies to relay strategy and managing digital media assets.
  • Driving traffic to all brand websites with pan-European campaigns and initiatives.
  • Managing the social media strategy and dashboards in a consolidated manner across EMEA.
  • Collaborating with global teams to deliver the toolbox to capture consumer data and ensure best practices are shared and used across EMEA for consumer database capture.
  • Defining and monitoring digital KPIs across EMEA, as well as recommending improvements.
  • Master's degree in marketing, ideally in digital marketing
  • Min. 5 years digital marketing experience for leading brands in fast-moving consumer goods and/or sporting goods businesses
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing strategies, social media, ecommerce, paid media, SEO and current consumer online trends
  • Passionate about the digital world and active in social media also in private
  • Fluent verbal and written English skills required; German skills of advantage
  • Ability to interpret data and metrics to continually evaluate online programs ROI and make recommendations for improvements
