Inside Sales Representative (m/f) Sporting Goods
 

POSITION DESCRIPTION:
  • As Inside Sales Representative you will be responsible for identifying territory sales, distribution and promotion opportunities across Amer Sports portfolio of brands
  • You will act with a focus on developing seasonal, monthly and daily plans to drive sales growth
  • You work creatively to keep to the busy rhythm of digital presentations, showroom meetings, trade fairs and inside sales actions
  • You demonstrate your strengths in identifying sales potential, proposing products and services, closing sales, placing pre-orders and following up
  • By providing a “smart” and attentive level of service, you will be building and successfully managing customer relationships
  • To share the knowledge, you will be working in close collaboration with field sales team and customer service
YOUR PROFILE:
  • Education to college standard
  • 1-5 years of relevant commercial experience, preferably telesales or B2B in sports industry
  • Experience in managing customers
  • Experience in selling apparel or sporting goods preferred
  • Good level of MS Office knowledge, especially Excel
  • Fluent written and verbal English skills
  • Experience in managing objections
  • Affinity to sports and related products
  • Able to work flexibly around seasonal business needs (including occasional weekends)
REQUIRED COMPETENCIES:
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills, including through phone, digital media and email
  • Relationship building and interpersonal skills
  • Focus on developing results and meeting customer expectations
  • Thorough in planning and organising
