POSITION TITLE: Country Marketing Manager – France
LOCATION: Villefontaine (prox. de Lyon)

POSITION DESCRIPTION:
As Country Marketing Manager – France you lead the country marketing team to adapt and implement Amer Sports brands consumer and trade marketing plans across sell in, sell through and sell out.
  • Leading the country marketing team and being part of the regional marketing leadership team and French Leadership Team.
  • Adapting and implementing global programs and initiatives, setting priorities and ensuring that plans and initiatives are prioritized and resourced.
  • Planning and controlling country marketing budgets, overseeing the media buying process and creating the country marketing calendar.
  • Setting and measuring marketing KPIs on country level. 
  • Working closely with EMEA regional marketing team and Territory Brand Manager on consistent implementation of global and regional programs in EMEA.
  • Developing and providing critical consumer insights to global brand marketing team when necessary.
  • Ensuring sufficient (horizontal) PR agencies coverage, when necessary using agencies.
  • Sharing of great practice across the South Territory Team.
  • Providing leadership of the implementation of the EMEA marketing approach, localised for France.
  • Leading and coaching a team of marketing specialists.
YOUR PROFILE:
  • Degree in Business/ Marketing, or equivalent
  • 8+ years’ experience in line marketing (market, product, trade, consumer, insight, PR, digital)
  • Budget management experience
  • Team Management
  • Experience in consumer goods where marketing is a key driver of growth and success 
  • Sports Goods marketing experience a benefit
