POSITION TITLE: Junior HR Business Partner and Process Coordinator
LOCATION: Garching near Munich

POSITION DESCRIPTION:
As Junior HR Business Partner and Process Coordinator you will be responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management HR initiatives. You serve as a consultant to managers on human resource-related issues and acts as an employee champion and change agent. You also support the HR Director to coordinate, align and create information and training tools for Managers about core HR processes, in alignment with the group HR process schedule.
  • Acting as a single point of the contact for the employees and managers of EMEA Operations entity in HR related matters.
  • Providing consultation, coaching and resolution facilitation to Managers in HR related matters.
  • Actively identifying gaps, proposing and implementing changes necessary to support business success and cover risks.
  • Supporting change Initiatives within EMEA Operations entity.
  • Coordinating recruitment / selection, onboarding in partnership with Hiring Managers & Outsource Partner.
  • Managing legal issues and employee matters (disciplinary, grievances, Personal Improvement Plan, termination etc).
  • Rolling-out and proactively supporting the delivery of core HR Processes at the client’s side.
  • Liaising with HR Shared Services and acting as first level escalation for EMEA Operations entity.
  • Coordinating process harmonization, optimization and documentation across Amer Sports Operations & Winter Sports Equipment organization.
  • Creating or adjusting communication and information materials for managers about core HR processes.
  • Setting-up and maintaining Amer Sports Operations HR & Winter Sports Equipment Collaboration Center & Intranet, for the HR community and the leaders.
  • Being the go-to person for Amer Sports Operations & Winter Sports Equipment ad-hoc HR reporting.
  • Championing the people engagement survey and following up on action plans and measurements.
YOUR PROFILE:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Psychology or Business Administration
  • Minimum of 5 years of HR experience in an international environment, and matrix organization.
  • Fluent English and German skills in writing and speaking.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Attention to detail, ability to communicate effectively and tactfully with all levels of employees and managers.
  • Ability to professionally handle confidential material and associated issues.
  • Able to work effectively on your own initiative as well as part of a team.
  • Strong team player and willingness to assist team members as needed.
  • Good command of MS Office.
