POSITION TITLE: Shopper Marketing Specialist - Consumer Electronics (CE)
LOCATION: Frimley, Surrey

POSITION DESCRIPTION:
As Shopper Marketing Specialist CE you will act as the face of Suunto to Consumer Electronics retail stores and 3rd party activation agencies to accelerate sell-through, and implement the Suunto brand retail experience within this channel.
  • Being the Face of the Brand towards CE stores´ managers, shop pro communities and 3rd party activation agencies.
  • Managing the partnerships with CE retail/store networks and 3rd party activation agencies.
  • Leading the execution of sell through, activation actions and the Suunto CE retail brand experience in tight cooperation with the CE National Account Manager, 3rd party activation agencies, country marketing teams and the HQ instore team.
  • Coordinating the community of 3rd party activation agencies to implement consumer-facing activation events program and be on-site if required during “best” events.
  • Leading the creation, activation and growth of the Suunto CE expert/shop pro ambassador networks and shop pro community.
  • Building strong relationships with CE retail managers of premium partner and top doors.
  • Synchronizing the in-store marketing with 360 marketing actions flyer campaigns e.g. online campaigns, social media / viral activation for maximum consistency and synergy cross online and offline activation and shopping experience.
  • Being an active part of the Suunto CE shopper marketing and IMM community, sharing, developing and using best practices for driving CE sell through and retail brand experience.
  • Ensuring the quality of the retail and sell through toolbox delivered by brand and used by CE retailers.
  • Planning, performance management and analyzing the effectiveness of sell through activation and retail experience actions.
  • Ensuring cooperation and consumer activation in line with B2C Retail teams.
  • Tracking and analyzing the CE retail execution, performance of the campaigns and strategic collaborations on a weekly basis.
  • Managing AP&E budget for CE retail.
YOUR PROFILE:
  • 4+ years’ experience in CE retail, sell through/activation actions, retail brand experience management, shop pro community management or overall retail marketing / sell through management.
  • Degree in Marketing or similar field is beneficial.
  • Experience in managing external 3rd party activations agencies.
  • Understanding of “how online and social media” works and ability to manage and coordinate digital marketing activities within store retail actions.
  • Experience and interest in sports wearable technology and applications
  • Understanding the necessity to respect and align processes and activities with local and legal regulations, ability to transfer theoretical frameworks and legal concepts to actual situations.
