POSITION TITLE:          National Account Manager (m/f) Consumer Electronics

LOCATION:                   
Garching near Munich

POSITION DESCRIPTION:
As National Account Manager (m/f) you will be the contact person for strategic key accounts in the category area Consumer Electronics (CE) for Suunto whose activities encompass product introduction and presentation, as well as sales and preparation and monitoring of sell- through/activation programs to meet key KPIs.
  • Leading the sales and business development of the CE for Suunto in agreed scope.
  • Professional presentation of the collection and implementation of accompanying sales programs with a sell-through focus.
  • Acting as the face of Suunto and Amer Sports to the CE decision makers.
  • Building and managing the key account relationship with the CE key decision makers from Media Markt / Saturn Holding relevant for Suunto.
  • Leading, coaching and coordinating the overall sales plans with marketing team to achieve sell-through and brand experience in CE stores.
  • Intensive support of defined strategic customers, planning, analysing and monitoring relevant KPI’s.
  • Working closely with the territory commercial manager and the Suunto team in the Amer Sports organization to develop programs and product ranges that uniquely build Amer Sports’ ability to succeed with assigned accounts.
  • Working closely with the country marketing manager and developing multi-channel accounts into the omni-channel environment.

YOUR PROFILE:
  • Bachelor or Master degree in a business-related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in key account management / account management or sell-through / retail management in the CE industry, preferably in Media Markt / Saturn Deutschland GmbH HQ and Field
  • Media/Saturn Etail experience of benefit
  • (BA) experience, preferably in the sports industry
  • Good understanding of social marketing and online sales
  • Experience and interest in sports wearable technology and applications
  • Solid knowledge of MS Office applications, particularly strong Excel skills
  • Very good written and spoken English and German knowledge
  • Positive, enthusiastic and target orientated
